Conversion Rate Optimisation & UX Specialist
SALARY: £30,000 – £50,500 + bonus (you keep clients happy, you get rewarded)
Salary range is fairly wide as it depends on experience.
THE SHORT VERSION
We’re looking for someone to take our clients’ success to the next level. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), UX, and full-funnel lead generation. If you live and breathe user experience, data analysis, and creating conversion-winning strategies, you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you’ll work across various industries, from finance to fashion, to identify areas for improvement in lead nurturing, conversion processes, and user experience. You’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and behavioural analytics platforms to turn insights into action.
You won’t be going it alone! You’ll work closely with our PPC and Social Ads teams, while also getting support from a wider strategic team who can help bring your CRO and UX ideas to life.

At ClickBoost, we’ve built our reputation by helping clients grow through smart and innovative paid media strategies. Now, we’re looking to add someone with a knack for CRO and UX expertise to enhance our full-funnel approach.
We know there’s more to digital success than just great ads. That’s where you come in. From landing pages to lead nurturing sequences, you’ll be the go-to person to optimise every stage of the customer journey and boost conversion rates.
What will you be doing?

Research: Dive deep into clients’ markets. What are their competitors doing that we aren’t? How can we help them stay ahead?

CRO & UX Audits: Use tools like GA4 and Hotjar to uncover issues, identify optimisations, and guide design decisions to maximise conversion rates.

Testing: Love A/B testing? So do we. Test landing page elements, form content, multi-step forms, and experiment with various form types to see what works best for our clients.

Data Analysis: Analyse behavioural data from sources like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others to continuously drive conversion improvements. You’ll be diving into the numbers and using them to shape strategic design improvements.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Bring your ideas to life through wireframing and prototyping to show clients exactly how we can improve their conversions.

Build Funnels: From email to SMS follow-up sequences, you’ll build automations that ensure no lead falls through the cracks. We want you to help clients nurture leads and improve conversion success rates.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with CRO, UX, and behavioural analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- The ability to perform UX audits and suggest design optimisations based on data
- Strong research skills to understand competitive landscapes and pinpoint areas for improvement
- A flair for testing—whether it’s landing page designs or new types of lead forms, we want someone who thrives on experimentation
- Understanding of copywriting, particularly how it can impact conversion rate
- Experience with lead scoring and understanding how to improve the lead nurturing process
- Ability to create wireframes (or work with our designers to do so) and work closely with the design team to turn them into reality
- Communication skills—you’ll be working with clients directly, so you’ll need to be comfortable explaining your strategies and the value they bring
Bonus points for:
- CRM integration experience, to help clients manage and track leads efficiently.
