Digital Marketing Specialist/Campaign Planner
SALARY: £23,000 – £32,000, (We know it’s a wide range but we are open to people at all levels)

ClickBoost is a paid media agency that specialises in generating leads and sales for our clients using various channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads.
Does that mean we simply look at numbers all day and take the creativity out of marketing?
Absolutely not…
Although we are very much data driven, what we do is a mix of creativity with careful analysis which helps us understand exactly what gets results for our clients.
This role requires somebody who is both creative and analytical in equal measures.
This is because you’ll need to help plan and oversee campaigns for our clients.
What does this mean?
You’ll be responsible for working with the team to come up with ideas to make sure we deliver the best possible result for our clients.
You will monitor and analyse data to ensure that what we are doing is actually delivering real tangible results (usually revenue).
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Somebody who has experience developing and/or implanting digital campaigns that deliver excellent results
- You may have worked in-house or at an agency before, it doesn’t matter
- Communication skills are important, you’ll be dealing with a lot of different personalities so being able to get on well with others is key
- Although we are working from home at the moment, we would prefer that the candidate we hire is within commuting distance of Glasgow as we will require face to face meetings from time to time
- Somebody who can proactively come up with ideas to improve performance would be ideal
- As the digital landscape is always changing, being able to react quickly and adapt to change is important
- The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical
What will get you from this position?
If you don’t yet have a good working knowledge of digital platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, training will be provided.
In today’s job market this knowledge and experience is extremely valuable and there’s a surprising shortage of people who are competent in this area.
The successful candidate for this role will have the opportunity to share their ideas, test them and will never be ignored.
