We perform detailed keyword research from the outset, ensuring you’re targeting the best keywords, and use clever little search engine marketing tools (including some proprietary tools built by us) to analyse & improve performance, find ways to save money / reduce spend and reverse engineer your competitors ad campaign strategies and tactics.
If that’s not enough, we’ll even work with you to ensure the correct setup of conversion tracking in Google Ads, Google Analytics or both (it’s suprising the number of times we find acounts who are unknowingly double counting some conversions and didn’t know it).
Comprehensive Daily Checks
Internally, we have a comprehensive daily checklist we run through for large accounts (some spending upwards of six figures per month). We take the pillars of those daily checks, and apply them to your account, using tools like our budget pacing software, to understand where your account sits every day against your desired monthly budget, and projected spend for the month, adjusting & optimising as we go.
Email Communication
To be frank, the absolute best use of our time is working on, analysing (and to some degree reporting on) your account performance. Unfortunately, being data nerds and perfectionists, face to face meetings, presentations & frequent phone calls usually take us a great deal of time to prepare for. We like to be prepared.
To keep your management cost down to one low monthly fee, we keep our attention focussed on your account by limiting our client communication to emails with a 48-72 hour response time.
We are always on the end of the phone for emergencies. We will often call you with questions & observaions. And at kick off (especially as we begin to go through the process of understanding your business) we will most certainly have a lengthy call(s), if not, come to visit you.
