The Objectives

The remit was to increase new patient numbers with a strong focus on increasing emergency bookings.  As each booking requires a deposit, we focus on attracting high-quality traffic from people who can afford our client’s treatments.

What We did

We implemented a number of optimisations using our proven framework for local businesses and were able to generate huge numbers of new patients.

Our approach to location targeting meant we maximised results, capturing everyone searching for dental services in the area. 

We implemented call tracking (deciphering between new patient calls and repeat callers) and set up call recording to better understand what patients were asking about, improve lead quality and use this to better influence ad copy & the campaigns.

We aggressively targeted new keywords finding untapped potential within the account, running a combination of daytime, evening and weekend campaigns based on availability. Every morning, the practice had leads sitting in their inbox from the night before. 

Lastly, we designed and launched high converting landing pages which performed better than the practice website, resulting in more new patients per click.
