ASANA

We use Asana daily to stay organised and connected. Primarily through the use of Kanban boards, we track work To Do, In Progress and Done each day of the week for every team member. 

Within Asana, we store deadline dates, sub-tasks, checklists, task threads and attachments to share with the team. 

OPTEO

We use Opteo for a number of things. One being to automat eroutine tasks, meaning we have more time to work on high level strategic tasks. 

Opteo is also one of our go to places for budget pacing & tracking, and reportingn for lead gen clients who need a conscise monthly performance report. 

Lastly, Opteo is connected to our custom Slack channel for alerts, allowing us to pro-actively spot fluctuations in account performance as they happen. 

TEAMWORK DESK

Teamwork Desk is where all our support tickets are stored. We can set you up on Teamwork so that you can login, create support tickets and see submitted tickets and their status from your support portal. 

Although we have standard operating procedures in place, we’re also always on theh end of the phone.
