ABOUT THE ECOMMERCE AUDIT
In a circa-30+ page detailed report, we use our years of eCommerce experience from working with retailers, business owners and within eCommerce teams to manually analyse, probe and test your website across multiple browsers and devices finding weaknesses, faults and opportunities to improve sales.
Each section of the report is broken down into key sections such as homepage, header & footer, cart & checkout, category pages, product pages and more. Every recommendation is clearly labelled, explained, often backed up with supporting screenshots or links to resources, and finally prioritised.
Our report generally takes around 2-3 weeks to complete. Post report, we arrange a meeting at your place or ours to run through all of the recommendations in detail.
