Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)
SALARY: 4700 zł – 7400 zł per month
EXPERIENCE: This role would suit somebody with both Google Ads & Facebook Ads experience. However, additional training can be provided.
THE SHORT VERSION
We are looking for a Paid Media specialist to assist with our overseas expansion.
Although we are a UK based business, we currently have staff in Poland to help service clients in the UK, France, Canada and Australia.
The main role of the specialist is to work with our Paid Media Managers to carry out a range of tasks across a number of client accounts.
Most of our client communication will be handled by our Paid Media Managers however you may need to be involved in client meetings from time to time.
In this role you’ll get to work with clients who have sizeable budgets across a variety of industries including finance, fashion, telecoms, sports and more.
As we only focus on paid media (not SEO, web design and every other service under the sun) we have quickly become recognised as one of Scotland’s best paid media agencies and often win contracts off much larger businesses.

ClickBoost is a paid media agency that specialises in generating leads and sales for our clients using various channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads.
Does that mean we simply look at numbers all day and take the creativity out of marketing?
Absolutely not…
Although we are very much data driven, what we do is a mix of creativity with careful analysis which helps us understand exactly what gets results for our clients.
This role requires somebody who is both creative and analytical in equal measures.
This is because you’ll need to help plan and oversee campaigns for our clients.
What does this mean?
You’ll be responsible for working with the team & clients to make sure we deliver the best possible results.
You will monitor and analyze data to ensure that what we are doing is actually delivering real tangible results (usually revenue).
The Account Manager role requires somebody who is able to liaise with the client and be the client’s voice within ClickBoost.
This means that you’ll be working with the rest of the team to make sure we deliver excellent results.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 2 – 5 years Google Ads Experience
- 1+ years of Facebook Ads experience (this is not 100% required and for the right candidate training will be provided)
- You may have worked in-house or at an agency before, it doesn’t matter
- Communication skills are important, you’ll be dealing with a lot of different personalities so being able to get on well with others is key
- This role requires somebody who is well organised and can priotise their work
- Somebody that is keen to learn and develop their skillset
- Good level of English
